Making and canning Christmas Jam

Christmas Jam!

Ingredients:

4 lbs strawberries, frozen, thawed, chopped
1 lb cranberries, chopped
2 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 Cup lemon juice
4 lbs sugar (9 cups)
4 packets liquid pectin
