Zoey Making Lefse Dough December 2022

After the meatballs, we moved on to making the lefse dough. 20 pounds of potatoes makes for a lot of dough. Zoey was a trooper and never missed a beat, mixing up 10 pounds of dough. This is a bit of a messy process, at least it is when I am doing it. Liz was good to clean up after us and at the same time bake the meatballs.
