Chocolate Egg Nog, an Easy and Quick recipe | Chef Terry

In this video I make a standard Egg Nog but throw in my own twist and make it chocolate. It you like you can substitute the flavoring agents that I use and just add Nutmeg and make a great traditional egg nog. This recipe can also be doubled!

Ingredients
2 cups Whole Milk
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
6 Egg Yolks
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Pinch of Salt

To make my Chocolate Egg Nog add:
Pinch of Cayenne
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder, Dutch Process Preferred
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
