This will be a great apartment, but right now its under construction while someone is living inside it which is definitely an NYC-Only type of situation because housing costs here are out of control and people just need a place to stay. On the other hand, this is one of the coolest properties in Manhattan New York City regardless of price. Its got 2 Terraces, crazy views and a massive layout you wont find anywhere else. My only question is, should you wait before moving in?
