Someone linked this 4 hour video in the comments section of MY video, of course it was Backpack self promoting his s***. I decided to watch all of it. If I'm being honest this is easily one of the better GV videos out there. More watchable at 4 hours than most 4 minute videos. It's just pure gameplay and personality. it's a good showing of how streaming Gloria Victis could actually be entertaining. I went into this video with some questions and theories. I knew Backpack was not someone who was going to grind the quest-line for 4 hours. He can't help it, he has to PvP. Even though, despite beginner quests giving less XP, you can still achieve level 60 in 4 hours. I guessed he was only going to hit 30. I looked to see if our early game complaints were the same, and if he was using a VPN. He allegedly was not.
As for what got Backpack banned I wondered if we'd see him run into midlanders and as Itdad describes just turtles. Perhaps he runs into Itdad specifically. Or maybe it was his hardware ban triggering. Since that seems to take up to 12 hours to detect. All of these are things I kept in mind as I sliced up a multiple part Backpack montage. I'll pause the video every so often to give my thoughts, but I didn't wanna talk over clips. Here we go.
