SCOTUS National Emergency Docket 22-380

388 members of the January 6, 2021 joint session of Congress violated their oath of office for refusing a 10 day extension to certify the 2020 election.

That extension was to investigate enemies foreign and domestic.

For this reason SCOTUS will consider on a National Emergency Basis (Docket 22-380) if legislators violated their oaths of office by refusing to consider these threats to America.
