Moving to La Linea to work in Gibraltar is fun and exciting. However, the process of searching for an apartment or a house can be overwhelming.

In this video I explain a bit about how my experience has been when searching for an apartment in La Linea and when I was in the process of buying. As a real estate agent with 10 years of selling experience, training, and dedication to the real estate industry my standards are pretty high. In this video I explain some of the struggles I encountered here in La Linea when on a property search.

Like I said in the video, this isn't all agents and its not every single experience I have had here. It's not a blanket statement about all offices or all agents. But it can be a good indicator for helping you navigate through your property search if you are moving to La Linea to work in Gibraltar.

My first recommendation is if you are coming here alone and plan to dedicate most of your time to working when you first get here, you might look for a roommate situation for a few months to help you acclimate to the area. Check out facebook marketplace, wallapop and fotocasa for your search.

I am speaking in this video as someone who has extensive customer service background and extensive real estate industry background as well. I have very high standards, and when I look for someone to work with, my expectations are the same.
