Sen. Joe Manchin not committed to leaving or staying in Democratic party

Senator Joe Manchin, (D) West Virginia: "I don't close my door on anything. I've been in this too long. You don't close your door. The bottom line is, but, does that mean you're gonna do something? No, there's no certainty. But the bottom line is that you just do what you think is best for your people that you represent and also the country."
