Who else starts the day with some mobility routine?

If You don’t, You don’t know what your missing out. The benefits are huge and endless for you if you only take 5-10min of your day for a simple mobility routine. I can say it from my own experience.

I always woke up with pain somewhere on my body, mainly my lower back, muscle stiffness and so tight. This morning ritual has helped me improve it so much.
