This is a really cool episode. We discuss a little bit about Jose Silva and his personal mind control techniques, including meditation and putting yourself in different brainwave states. We also have a great guest, Nathan Crabtree, and we discuss plant medicines and their different uses. Nathan is an extremely interesting character and this is a really cool interview.
