Heavy rains inundate Lisbon, businesses damaged

Heavy rain battered parts of the Iberian peninsula on Tuesday (December 13), flooding streets and sweeping away cars in Portugal's capital Lisbon. Authorities were forced to suspend bus and tram services and close some main roads.
