Berks County Election Update:

My Dad and I and 92 other voters filed petitions for a manual recount in 30 precincts in Berks County. We had our hearing on Dec 1 in the Court of Common Pleas. The Judge asked for both parties to submit additional documentation by 4 PM on Dec 2. This was done.

Judge Lillis denied our petitions December 5 (see photo).

Right now the group of petitioners are discussing how to move forward. If we do the appeal we have to file by December 16.
