I have seen this Grinder Sandwich all over Tik Tok and I decided to make a keto version by making it with a wonder bread #chaffle and it was so #yummy you have to try it. I used Coleslaw instead of Iceberg Lettuce cuz well it is crunchier 🤷‍♂️ I will leave the ingredients down below for the sandwich but you can use any bread or keto bread you want for this or even in a low carb wrap.

Grinder Sandwich Salad:
Mayo
Red Wine Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Red Pepper Flakes
Red Onion
Banana Peppers
Coleslaw or Iceberg Lettuce

To Make the Grinder Sandwich:
Spread on some garlic butter
Add meats Turkey, Salami, Prosciutto
Add cheese i used Muenster Provolone and shredded Parmesan
Air Fry 400 for 2 minutes or until melted
Add a slice of tomato and grinder salad salad
