Walking in the woods near Dunnellon FL when yellow flies decided to swarm me. After two attempts to walk the trail, I had to leave without getting in more than a quarter mile. Then I had to drive for the next two hours so I though I’d missed my chance to get in my daily 3 mile walk, but somehow the sun stayed up long enough to let me check off another great day with a new body thanks to Lion diet and all this new found energy to exercise!

I made these videos to document my experience eating a diet termed the “Lion Diet” by Mikhaila Peterson, daughter of Jordan Peterson who introduced this diet to my thinking.  Lion Diet a strict version of the Carnivore diet that only allows for ruminant meat, salt, and water.  I am not a nutrition expert or doctor, but I hope you will find my story enjoyable and informational just the same.
