It would be preferable to learn that things in life won't go our way, stealing is part of life, and art actually belongs to everyone else (the whole world), after being published. Even if one has intellectual property. But AI art was made legal, and since it can only replicate based on what already exists (therefore plagiarism, one way or another), well... one needs to learn to deal with it. If plagiarism is legal (plagiarism is that when a HUMAN steals intellectual property, as per definition, indirectly, since AI is not regarded as conscious - cheeky way to program people to think if you ask me), then one needs to just create.
