How to Make Chocolate Dipped Caramel Pretzels
These pretzels are wrapped with caramel, dipped into chocolate and coated with crushed peanuts.
To make 8 pretzel rods you will need:
8 pretzel rods
155 grams soft caramels
2 tsp cream or milk (dairy or non-dairy is fine)
200 grams chocolate chips (can use white, milk, bittersweet or any kind you choose)
1 tbsp shortening
toppings of choice, optional (I used peanut ground in a food processor)
