High risk of humanitarian crisis in Ukraine due to Russian attacks says health minister

Ukraine’s health minister has said there is a high risk of a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine after Russia targeted the country’s infrastructure.

Millions of people in nearly all regions of the country are without power, as temperatures drop below zero.
