Failed 2016 Bill Would Have Required Women to Sign Up for the Draft

I ask my former U.S. House opponent, Democrat Brad Schneider, whether he supports H.R. 5485 (114th Congress), which, had it passed, would have required female U.S. citizens born on or after January 1st, 2000 to sign up for the Selective Service.

The clip is intercut with clips of various news reports and politicians, commenting on either women's inclusion in the draft, reviving the military draft outright, or reviving the draft under the guise of mandating a "non-compulsory-military" civil emergency preparedness service program.
