2 4-week-old kittens' have very big abdomen Pt 1

The young couple acquired two kittens from a friend. Fed the kittens with canine milk, but their abdomen swells and swells. Just cannot pee and poop. Seek Toa Payoh Vets for advice. Need to massage the lower belly.
