Wasn't Gyre supposed to be weak? O.o

I think i found the way to make gyre actually dish out massive damage with her abilities by ramping up her crit very very quickly using Sickening Pulse.

It causes enemies with even 1 proc of any kind, to get 10 instead.
so with Gyre's 1 and 4, you make sure enemies in your vicinity are getting electric procs. then for every time you use Sickening Pulse, enemies in a huge radius get 10 extra electric procs, which translate to +100% crit chance, which translates to higher crit tier instantly!
