A new report released in the aftermath of the deadly school shooting on May 24th in Uvalde, Texas uncovers more troubling facts. An independent review found that the Uvalde County Sheriff's Department did not have an active-shooter policy in place to prevent the failed response to the mass shooting that left 19 children and 2 teachers dead.
