According to the Climate Change Crowd, You Need to Give Up Your Pets and NEVER Have Children!

People, if you want to consider them as such, are trying to guilt you into living alone in the pod and feasting on the bugs alone. One brainlet thinks that your domesticated pets are a major contributor to Climate Change and endangered animals, but stops short of the other "scholar" who is recommending the end of your genetic line.

Climate change is this magical thing; it's everything, everywhere, all at once. If you are motivated enough, or malthusian enough, you can use it justify whatever you like. You can rationalize pets being the apocalypse and children being the reincarnation of Satan... or Trump, I guess.

These are talking points from major publications, not the fringe ideas of someone's Tumblr blog. With the impending Recession (or it's already here) on the horizon, you will see the minimalist crowd come in and start pushing this more and more. Live your life on your terms, not capitulating to weirdos.
