In today's video, we will be smoking our very first Prime Rib. All in all, we smoked this Prime Rib for a total of 4.5 hours!
Ingredients:
5 lb. Prime Rib
2 tbs Black Pepper
2 tbs onion and garlic powder
1 tbs seasoned salt
2 tbs of fresh parsley and rosemary
2 tbs of paprika
