Becker's Easy Eats S02E14: Easy Lemon Drizzle Cake

I was so inspired by Dame Mary Berry's Lemon Drizzle Cake that I just needed to try it myself. A very straight-forward recipe that requires only one single bowl, with all the ingredients thrown in together and mixed. Nothing could be easier than that! The result is a fluffy, tangy, sweet cake topped with specks of crunchy sugar! Try it. You will love it!

Easy Lemon Drizzle Cake

Ingredients:
137g all-purpose flour
113g granulated sugar
113g softened butter
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
2 eggs
Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon
88g granulated sugar
