Why is Ukrainian Artillery so effective?

Ukrainians are so good with artillery because as defenders, they have pre-sighted all of the road junctions, hilltops and church steeples. This means that they have already done the math needed to shoot artillery at one of these TRP's or "Target Reference Points" and destroying tanks or infantry is just a matter of having a forward observer or drone tell the artillery to manually adjust a certain number of meters from the TRP.
The Russians may also obtain this advantage if they are ever on the defensive.
And, yes, I know that's not the correct Six Line, but I'm explaining this to non-military.
