Day 309 of Let's Read the Bible - 1 Kings 18, Jeremiah 5, Isaiah 12

Today we read about Elijah meeting Ahab and challenging the prophets of Baal who cannot ignite their sacrifice while God shows his power with Elijah's sacrifice. God asks Jeremiah to seek any righteous people in Israel and there are none. God will not completely destroy Israel though. Isaiah prophesies about songs of praise sung unto the Lord.
