Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter is being sued for the alleged sexual battery of a then-17-year-old girl with autism and cerebral palsy, her lawyers announced during a press conference Thursday.
The alleged sexual assault, which happened in 2001 when she was 17, resulted in her contracting HPV, according to court documents.
