Thomas Edmondson had a land grant of 200 acres in Rappahannock County, Va in 1667, which places him in the Colony of Virginia about that time. Other genealogists claim that Thomas Edmondson was a descendant of John Rolfe and his 2nd wife, Pocahontas. The genealogy is available to members of GeorgiaPioneers.com
