Fermented Pickles:

Half Gallon Mason Jar
Cucumbers - cut into quarters
2 Tablespoons Dill
1 Tablespoons Peppercorn
1/2 Tablespoons Mustard Seed
2 garlic cloves
1 jalapeno

Sit on counter for 7 days or until you start to see the brine solution become cloudy.
Taste the pickles.
Store in fridge once fermentation is complete.
