Grow Your Own Nigella Sativa

Nigella Sativa - also known as black cumin seed - can be used as both a preventative tool and as an early treatment nutraceutical to support recovery from COVID-19. Amazingly, it can also be grown at home! We received this tip from an FLCCC follower and thought it was such a great idea, we had to share.

To grow your own Nigella Sativa at home:

1. Take several Nigella Sativa seeds
2. Plant the seeds in good potting soil and water thoroughly
3. Watch your seeds grow
4. Harvest and enjoy
