President Bill Clinton "banned" federal funding for research

In light of Kanye's recent remarks regarding Elon Musk and Obama being clones let's take a trip back in time to 1997 when former President Bill Clinton "banned" federal funding for research into cloning human beings; warning against "trying to play God."

This speech came after the first ever cloned mammal, Dolly the sheep was created from an adult cell on July 5, 1996.

So many people brush off the idea of cloning and yet so many don't even know about Dolly. They had that technology in 1996. Imagine what they have now...
