Do You Jump-Deadlift? (See description)

The Jump-Deadlift.

The goal is not to jump, but to lift the weight with so much force that your feet leave the ground. Setup like a normal hex-bar deadlift and then focus on the deceleration upon landing. Deceleration is where many sports injuries occur so we ALWAYS focus on the landing as much or more than the lift.

Try this SAFELY with light weight. I recommend about 30-40% of your 1 rep max. 2-4 rep range.

Look how insanely explosive @kamilobliner is and how high she jumped with 145! 🤯
