Metal Detecting search for Ghost Town Lost Church in Alabama. We took our Metal Detectors in search of old coins, relics, and artifacts related to a lost ghost town in the backwoods of Alabama. The community disappeared around the 1930s in North East Alabama. All that is left is a small cemetery / graveyard that was actually listed as the wrong name on modern maps. Through a lot of research and genealogy records, Kelly was able to uncover the likely location. While exploring we found some artifacts related to the residents of the area and plan to return soon for more digs.
