Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez [AOC] is under investigation by the House Ethics Committee but the reason why is unknown.

Here's what we know: The Ethics Committee released a statement saying they are going to "extend the matter regarding Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, which was transmitted to the Committee by the Office of Congressional Ethics on June 23, 2022."

"Extend the matter" is the congressional equivalent of an indictment.
