Massive Storm Brings Blizzard-Like Conditions To West Coast

Parts of the Sierra Nevada mountains in California received more than four feet of snow, while rain and strong wind pummeled millions in northern and southern California. The system is making its way east, bringing the possibility of tornados in states like Louisiana and Mississippi. The east coast may see power outages and winter storms late in the week.
