Planet Fitness Chest Day

I’m on a mission.

2023 is going to be my best year ever in business and physically. No matter where I am at, I go 120%.

Some of my sets from my @planetfitness workout with @kamilobliner this morning. 315 (or whatever 3 plates per side is) on smith machine bench and then 75lb dumbbell flys.

There are no excuses, get the job done.

Oh yeah, also gonna be a good dad and husband and stuff 🤗
