Parents Sue TikTok over children's deaths from "Blackout Challenge"

Facebook is facing multiple lawsuits from the State of Indiana and from parents who lost children from participating in the "Blackout Challenge".

A federal judge recently dismissed one parent's lawsuit against TikTok citing Section 230 which the judge interpreted as protecting TikTok from liability from showing harmful content to minors.
