Rhode - Ammo Background Check
Duncan - High Cap Mag Ban

3 possible outcomes:
-some laws are overturned for some or more cases within the week - eventually appealed by the state of california
-Benitez gives the state the 5 month’s additional time for discovery to prevent some appeals shenanigans
-Or maybe grants less time but some time still.
