Portugal leave Qatar after surprise World Cup exit to Morocco

Portugal left Qatar they day after they suffered a surprise 1-0 defeat to Morocco in a historic quarter-final at the World Cup.

That win against the odds put an African nation into a World Cup semi-final for the first time.

Ronaldo, who didn't start for the second successive game in the tournament, came on as a substitute in the 51st minute, but the five-time Ballon d'Or winner couldn't impact the game and is set to finish his career without winning the competition or ever getting to the final.
