Why I Quit Video Games.

Video Games are a massive Vice for me. I spent most of my younger life being completely addicted to them, now I have cut them out completely and still feel urges to go play them every so often. They give us too much Dopamine and waste too much time, imagine if I spent those 7000 hours on my steam games building a business.
