ART MEDITATION – How DARKNESS creates LIGHT. Art Works on the Duality of Light and Shadow.

I understand my artworks as metaphysical tools of self-discovery. I have developed art meditations that give you the opportunity to experience these works as metaphysical tools for your personal contemplation and inner journey .
This meditation shows a selection of my art works, that explore the nature of duality, how light is first created from the darkness, and that only by having darkness as a contrast we can perceive light, and therefore matter, and ourselves, at all! We go on to explore the materialization process of light as a vibration that then collapses or solidifies into matter.
What does this mean for our perception of reality and of our selves? Where are we in the darkness?
I invite you to perceive these art works as portals, able to open up your inner world and help you go deeper within, into your unknown, your mystery of self, your darkness, your universe. Here you'll receive your unique inspiration and activation, on questions, topics or issues that you might have. Prepare by relaxing, quieting your mind, breathing in and with breathing out let go of all mind chatter and open up to the experience. You can start this process with a question, an intention or just be open and let the work reveal itself to you. These art works have a unique effect, inspiration or activation for you. It can be appealing or repelling. Know, that this is not the art work per se doing this, it's a mirror for a (subconscious) reaction within you, that you can now address: What comes up for you? Where are you in this image? What does it remind you of? What kind of feelings/images/memories does it evoke? Be very attentive of what is happening. You connected with the work and now it is giving you your very personal unique message. It can come in mentally, as words, it can come in emotionally, physically as bodily sensations, it can be a metaphysical experience. Know that there is no right or wrong here. Don't judge the process but receive the experience, as it is your co-creation and therefore unique to you.
