運動好處多,澳洲雪梨大學一項最新研究指出,每天若能有3、4分鐘左右劇烈運動,包括奔跑趕車、跑上樓梯、與孩子玩鬼捉人或與狗狗追逐玩耍,成人早死風險可降低40%,尤其是心血管疾病患者。此項成果本月9日發表在《自然醫學》(Nature Medicine)期刊上。
根據報導,該研究團隊從英國人體生物資料庫(UK Biobank)提取2萬5241名年齡介於40至69歲成人的資料,受試者都表明平常沒有固定運動習慣,並在加入人體生物資料庫後,佩帶監測錶達1週,追蹤日常活動情形。
經過團隊分析監測紀錄後發現,受試者當中,多達89%有進行「劇烈間歇性日常體能活動」。每天平均進行約4分半瞬間高強度體能活動的人,早死機率比幾乎都不動的人低30%;若一天內分散進行3次瞬間高強度體能活動,即使每次僅持續1分鐘,早死風險更減少40%。還有人每天做了11次這類身體活動,其心血管疾病死亡風險下降65%,癌症死亡風險也下降49%。
專門研究身體活動與健康的雪梨大學教授史塔馬塔基斯(Emmanuel Stamatakis)表示,只要每天累積3到4分鐘的「劇烈間歇性日常體能活動」,就能對健康發揮長久功效,不需要特別花時間,不須準備裝備,不須辦理證件,更不用特殊技巧。
