Ukraine launches missile attack on key city

Multiple explosions have been reported in the Russian-occupied city of Melitopol, Ukraine, as well as in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic and annexed Crimea. CNN Senior International Correspondent Sam Kiley reports.
