Smoked Super Thick Cut Pork Chops

Used avocado oil for the binder, then added Rub-Some-Butt and Sweet Rib Rub to each side of the pork chop.

Fired up the Char-Griller 980 to 250 degrees.

Put the pork chops on the Char-Griller and let them smoke until they reached 100 degrees, and the flipped them over to cook evenly. At 135 degrees internal glazed the pork chops with Dickeys Sweet BBQ Sauce.

Let rest for about 10 minutes and then had one awesome pork chop for dinner.
