MESSAGE: Ever wonder what its like to be in constant motion with moments of stillness? Breaking is the type of sport that pushes you to your limits & keeps you in a consistent range of motion. Its a constant CHALLENGE. There is no finish line unless you decide to stop. There is always room to grow.

Maintaining health, balance and motivational, when you don't think you can go anymore is a concept that is important in life. Never stop getting exercise, never stop pushing yourself, FOCUS, & remember to rest well!

This month we worked on stacking freezes, style, power & building our foundation for inner strength. We are building more than just dance. Fitness, character building, humor, social educate, forgiveness, friendships & focus are among the skills learned here.
