Becoming Nobody Guided Breathwork Meditation with Ram Dass Lecture

In this music guided meditation we combine deep breathing with the fragments of one of my favourite Ram Dass lectures. By using the calming potential of breathwork, we are experiencing more clarity and balance which results in deeper meditation and self inquiry practices.

Deep breathing exercises also temporarily lowers the activity in prefrontal cortex part of our brain (responsible for reasoning and logical thinking). By tapping into subconscious we deepen the connection and relationship with or our psyche and emotions which has a transformative effect.
