Recipe:
Here it is. This is for 5 batches 62 X 125ml jars
15 cups of sweet Red Bell Peppers remove seeds and all white membrane
15 cups will equal about 15 peppers
190 grams of chopped yellow Habanero Peppers {seeds go in for extra heat}
10 cups of white Vinegar
25 cups of white Sugar
10 table spoons of powder Certo Remember 4 TBS is one 57 gram box
If all you have is liquid Pectin, one 3oz envelope would equal 2 table spoons
