Special FRIED RICE
The best fried rice are made from leftovers! Canned luncheon meat, frozen green peas, egg and 🍚 kanin lamig! Or really whatever you have as long as you have rice, oil and garlic!!
INGREDIENTS:
Cooked RICE, leftover rice are the best for making fried rice
Canned HAM, diced
Green PEAS, frozen or canned
Fresh EGG, lightly beaten and dash of black pepper
Garlic, chopped
Cooking OIL
Salt and black pepper, to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat pan to medium high heat. Add oil and sauté garlic until golden brown.
2. Add rice and stir-fry until you hear sizzling sound. Add green peas, then throw in the diced ham.
3. Push aside the rice, peas and ham aside. Add a bit of oil and drop the beaten egg. Leave it frying for a minute, stir gently and break it in pieces then mix it to the party.
4. Salt and pepper to taste. Well done!
Serve it as it is or goes well with dried fish like tuyò. You can make a big batch and keep it in the fridge and you have a tasty backup meal anytime of the day. You can use any leftover food stuff you have like tuna, sardines, bacon, hotdogs...
