Peek a boo, do you see two? White orb by sun

Have caught this on multiple occasions, a white circular object, hanging out by the sun.. its not the moon. PAY ATTENTION to the lights that start flickering in the clouds around the object that resemble those you would see on man-made objects in the sky. It isnt an optical illusion, ive seen both with my own eyes. The light from the natural sun is coming from behind the clouds.. this becomes a brilliant white led type light when they are right next to one another.. there is a lot of activity that goes into making this area of the sky hard to see.
