This acrylic painting video is a shortened version of a full-length, Skill Share tutorial on painting a glass ball with ribbon. This video should give you a feel for the process.
Many artists think painting realistic highlights and reflections are difficult, but it's actually much easier than you'd think. The course will also teach you how to paint folds in fabric (the easy, short-cut way) and how to paint a reflection on a table top. The principles described in this course would also be appropriate for an oil painter.
